**The ideal candidate will be located in one of the states we operate in: Arizona, California, Utah, Colorado, Tacoma or Oregon.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for providing strategic and tactical support to the National Accounts team by analyzing and interpreting the data and processes to provide creative solutions that impact the national account book of business.

Essential Functions:

  • Process and analyze national accounts data and provide in format that can be utilized by business to make informed business decisions
  • Partner with key customers and internal/external IT business partners to identify and develop business requirements and other process documentation to be used for system enhancements and problem remediation in data
  • Establish workflow for new product set up sheets in current system(s) to include PCM for Lowes and IDM for Home Depot
  • Effectively run sales and margin analysis from systems and ensure output meets business needs
  • Ensure CRM reporting is accurate and data extraction is in a format that helps drive key business decisions
  • Collecting and collating appropriate program data for usage in business decisions not limited to Home Depot 560 report
  • Conducting maintenance in Agility to ensure National Account items are up to date and translate to key reporting needs
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify cause of issue or source of inaccurate data or workflow
  • Lead projects that impact National Accounts team in regards to IT, data and process management
  • Perform other work related duties as assigned by your supervisor and be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur during the course of employment

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent relevant work experience with a verifiable High School diploma/GED required
  • Minimum 3 plus years Business Analyst or related experience
  • Demonstrated experience developing strong, collaborative business relationships with clients; multi-site environment is preferred
  • High level of confidentially with sensitive information
  • Strong working knowledge of business and corporate policies and procedures
  • Ability to model the Capital values and to provide innovative solutions
  • Ability to drive and be accountable for results in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to anticipate, analyze, and prioritize complex problems including
  • * Ability to present ideas in a clear and compelling manner, both verbally and in written format
  • * Strong listening and resolution skills
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and computer systems technology
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). SharePoint plus Project Enterprise and Agility
  • Must be able to travel occasionally
